A Sing4All™ Energy Process to Aid Haiti or Other Localities:
I received the inspiration of this process yesterday. This process will help to move and transmute the cloud of grief and pain that is hanging over Haiti (and other places that have experienced, or are experiencing large-scale disasters or tragedies). The process is simple. I do have a few caveats about using it though: |
- You, yourself, must be the judge of whether or not this is something that is proper for you to do.
- Don’t do it if you are currently experiencing grief of your own
- Don’t do it if you are feeling particularly vulnerable
- Don’t do it if it doesn’t feel right for you
- You must know that you know how to create heart coherence
