| Sing4All™ discusses the power of songs . Well, “I woke up this morning and I knew you were gone…I’ve seen fire and I’ve seen rain…but I always thought I’d see you again” (James Taylor). This is what was running through my mind this morning. Does that happen to you? Many mornings I wake up with a song running through my mind, evoking memories, urging me to take some action or just setting a mood for me.
When that happens to me I always take a little time to reflect on what the song means to me right now – what the message is for me today – how I can use this “message” to gain some awareness or insight. |
