Sing4All™ Joins the Institute of HeartMath and Sing The Earth by Saying, “Sing Your Heart Out for the Earth”

Sing4All joins the Institue of HeartMath and Sing The Earth by saying, “Sing your heart out for the earth”. This week with the World Climate Conference in Copenhagen on climate change and global warming there is actually something you can do to help move the energy of the conference up a notch or two – sing, sing, sing your heart out for the earth. If many people around the world are doing it, the increase in supportive energy for a good outcome for our home could possibly become measurable.

My suggestion is to raise your heart coherence through heart focused singing or chanting – alone, or with others. Heart coherence is a measurable state of calm, regular and smooth wave patterns that is brought on by feelings of joy, compassion, gratitude, love, caring and kindness – emotions like that. It is very simple to do this with singing. Once one is “feeling” it, the heart sends powerful vibrational messages to the brain and they become coherent with each other, which is also measurable. Sing4All™ Talks About Your Voice – Your Birthright

Sing4All talks about your voice – your birthright. What is the very most important thing that I can say about your voice and about singing? Perhaps it is that, your voice is your birthright. Voice is the primary way that we relay information to others.

As we speak, however, only a small percentage of what we actually “say” is in our words. There are worlds of meaning and expression contained in the actual sound of our voices – its pitch, timbre, speed, volume, variety and how it originates in our bodies. Read more…

Sing4All™ says claim your joy – singing is for anyone! Do you sing in the car? Do you belt up a storm in the shower? How does that make you feel? Pretty good, doesn’t it?

You may not know, however, that singing is actually good for your physical and emotional health. Really! Studies have shown that singing boosts the immune system, supports cardio vascular and heart health, can reduce pain and depression, and speeds healing. Also, singing in groups can have even greater benefits.

“But I can’t sing!” you say. Balderdash! We are born singing. Babies do it as easily as crying.

What happened then?

What happened is that you got the idea in your head early on, that your singing was bad and from that point on it became bad (except, perhaps in the car or the shower). With that, blatantly false I might add, judgment you lost your ability to “play” with your voice and go through the natural steps of learning what your voice does and how to use it. Read more…

Sing4All welcomes you! I am happy I am alive. I am grateful for all of life. I am filling my bounteous cup. I am joyous beauty showing up.

I grew up in a military family and moved every few years to a new place on this planet. At times it was difficult; leaving one place behind, adjusting to a whole new environment, not always fitting in, having to constantly let go of the familiar and friendly for the foreign, not having a sense of home tied to a particular topography and community.
